Ibrahim Ahmadov, deputy head of the Public Relations and Events Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), has been appointed as Deputy to SOCAR Vice President for HR, IT, and regulations Khaliq Mammadov.

Reported from Ahmadov's Facebook page, that his job responsibilities include the control, organization, and coordination of the activities of the SOCAR corporate communications group. At the same time, he will continue to serve as press secretary.
