Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree approving the Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the development of a master plan for the gasification of Albania, reports News.Az.
The memorandum was signed between the governments of Azerbaijan and Albania December 19, 2014 in Tirana.
The Ministry of Energy is mandated to execute the articles of the memorandum indicated in the first part of the decrer, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was requested to inform the Albanian Government on the implementation of internal procedures necessary for the performance of the memorandum.
