In quarter 1, 2014 Russian oil export to China increased by 2.4 million tons (47%) against the same period in 2013 and totaled 7.5 million tons, reported Prime quoting the Russian Central Dispatcher Department.
From January to April 2014 oil export to Far Abroad via Transneft’s pipeline declined by 3.4% and totaled 66,726,000 tons.
Export via the offshore terminals decreased by 5,658,000 tons and totaled 41,607,000 tons.
Export via the oil pipelines increased by 629,600 tons (4%) up to 16,951,000 tons.
From January to April oil transit via Russia decreased by 659,900 tons to 6,157,000 tons.
During April 2014 the Caspian basin stated exported 1,469,800 tons of oil via Russia. In April Kazakhstan exported via Russia 1,035,000 tons, Azerbaijan – 84,500 tons and Turkmenistan – 35,300 tons.
In April 2014 1,654,000 tons was exported through the ports bypassing Transneft and since early year – 6,076,000 tons.—
