"In August 2021, mine workers discovered and neutralized 455 infantry and 70 anti-tank mines, as well as 503 unexploded ordnance (FS). In July, these indicators amounted to 545, 85 and 625 units, respectively, " the report says.
According to the report, ANAMA conducted operations to neutralize mines and ammunition in the Terter, Aghdam, Fizuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan districts.
From November 10, 2020 to August 31 of this year, 9460 anti-personnel mines, 4092 anti-tank mines and 10529 unexploded ordnance were found in these territories. A total of 4,575 hectares were cleared of mines and FS.
