Shahmirzai invited Russian investors to participate in Iran's program to develop the petrochemical, oil and gas industries. He stressed that Iran has rich experience in overcoming the difficulties arising from sanctions, and said that investment projects will increase the potential of the petrochemical industry of the Islamic Republic from 92 to 140 million tons, and then, within the framework of a 6-year plan, up to 200 million tons.
