Measures are being taken to restore the work of Azerbaijan's Embassy in Iran, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a telephone conversation with Iran's Acting Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani.

During the telephone conversation, the sides noted that the meeting between the leaders of the two countries at the border is of historical significance, stressed the importance of continuing joint efforts to implement strategic projects and plans in the fields of transport, economy, and energy.
