The Kremlin regrets Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's refusal to participate in the Summit of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) to be held in Minsk, Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said.

"If this is indeed the case, we can express our regret. We understand that every government or head of state may have events on their schedule. But we can only express our regret because such meetings are a good opportunity to exchange ideas and clarify positions," he noted.
