Responding to journalists' questions, Peskov said that the decree "On Partial Mobilization" signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin is still in force, as it does not include calling up the required number of citizens.
"In the framework of partial mobilization, the call was carried out until the specified number was reached, the required number was reached, and the call of citizens was stopped in connection with this," he said.
The Kremlin spokesman added that the partial mobilization includes the call-up of citizens to military service and other measures necessary to fulfill the Armed Forces' tasks: " In this regard, the decree is still in force."
