U.S. returns smuggled artworks to Turkey

The United States has returned 41 artworks to Turkey, valued at more than $8 million, TRT Haber reported.

The artefacts were seized from smugglers as part of a joint international investigation. Officials said the handover underscores the importance of cooperation between the two countries in combating the trafficking of cultural property.
