Macron and Ivanishvili discuss situation in Georgia

French President Emmanuel Macron had a phone conversation with Bidzina Ivanishvili, the founder and honorary chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream - Democratic Georgia Party, the party's press service said.

They discussed the current situation in Georgia.

Macron expressed his readiness to provide support for stabilizing the situation in the country.

The phone conversation lasted approximately one hour. The parties agreed to contact each other again in a few days.
