The Investigative Committee of Armenia has brought charges against Samvel Shirinyan, who desecrated a monument dedicated to the children of Besieged Leningrad in Yerevan, press secretary Gor Abramyan told Sputnik Armenia.

It was noted that Shirinyan, who organized the Russophobic action and posted the video on social networks, is accused of enmity and hatred, discrimination, intolerance, or inciting enmity and promoting it.
