We've all dreamed about how much we could save through all those pennies stored up in the piggy bank.
But one man in north east China has taken this to the extreme by buying a new car worth 680,000 Yuan (£70,000) using coins.
It took 10 members of staff at the car dealership in Liaoning province over an hour to unload and stack the coins, which weighed four tonnes, from the back of a lorry, reported the People's Daily Online.
The man, who has not been named, used 1,320 bundles of coins wrapped in brown paper to pay for the car.
As well as the coins, piles of notes worth 20,000 Yuan (£2,100) were also used in the sale.
Rows and rows of bundles filled the showroom, as staff spent hours counting up the money.
Above the reception desk piled up with coins, a sign reads: 'A caring and high quality service'.
Local banks said that the car dealership would have to make special arrangements for the money to be processed and that there would be a handling charge.
The photographs have gained widespread attention online, as Chinese social users marveled at the incident.
One user, posting under the name GeekFan, suggested: 'The buyer must be the boss of a public transport company.'
Another wrote: 'If you didn't say it was coins I would have thought it was ammunition!'
