Ray Karimoglu: Armenia will bear responsibility for non-fulfillment of agreements

On the night of September 13, Armenia attacked Azerbaijan, violated Azerbaijan's borders, fired at Azerbaijani soldiers who stand guard of Azerbaijan's internationally recognized territories, Ray Karimoglu, chairman of the Azerbaijan Mine Victim Association, said.
"The Azerbaijani army responded to this provocation and prevented Armenia's attack," he said.
He noted that the Armenian side does not comply with the tripartite statement of November 10, 2020: "Armenia is used to the tough rebuff by the glorious army of Azerbaijan. Yesterday it was announced that our soldiers took up 53 combat positions, a large number of commanding heights. And henceforth, Armenia will bear the responsibility, if it does not comply with the statement signed by it, and if it opens fire on the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, on civilians. According to our information, Armenia has up to 450 military dead and this is not the final figure. Armenia must put an end to separatism. The Armenian state must respect the document that it signed."
"Until the Armenian groups leave the territory of Azerbaijan and the borders between the two countries are defined, such situations are inevitable. Azerbaijan will respond to any provocation," Karimoglu stressed.
