"Funds in the amount of 93 million euros will be allocated from the 2.5 billion euros reserved by the government to support Ukraine in 2023,” the document says. "Another 25 million euros will be allocated from the budget of the Ministry of Trade and Development Cooperation of the Netherlands.”
According to government documents, about 58 million euros are planned to be spent on repairs to infrastructure, houses and water treatment facilities. Another 25 million euros will be used to purchase medical equipment and mobile clinics. In addition, 10 million euros will be spent on emergency assistance, including rescue boats and barges, the need for which arose after the destruction of the Kakhovka hydropower plant.
As for 25 million euros from the budget of the Ministry of Trade and Development Cooperation, they will be available in the form of grants for Dutch companies and civil society organizations that want to take part in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
