New Azerbaijan Party dominates early election results

A total of 68 candidates from the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) are set to enter the Milli Majlis, Azerbaijan's parliament, according to preliminary results released by the Central Election Commission (CEC). 

According to the information , the early count also reveals that independent candidates are leading in 45 electoral districts.

The CEC has confirmed that all polling stations have submitted their final protocols.
