The Russian T-80 tank was destroyed by a mine near the village of Karabanovo, Valuysky district, Belgorod oblast, sources told Astra.

As reported, the incident occurred on December 16. Thus, the tank was completely destroyed as a result of hitting the anti-tank mine. One of the crew members was killed, and another was injured.

The area of the incident is located approximately 20 km from the border with Ukraine. Russian officials did not comment on the incident.
