OSCE PA Special Representative on the South Caucasus Kristian Vigenin has resigned.
 
Vigenin announced his resignation when presenting his report at the winter session of the OSCE PA in Vienna on Feb. 22, APA reports.
 
"With a letter to OSCE PA President Tsereteli I announced that I withdraw from the position of Special Representative as of 12:00 on 22.02.2018 in order to concentrate on my work as Rapporteur in the Political Affairs and Security Committee,” Vigenin said.
