Partisans raise flag of Ukraine in Kherson

The Ukrainian flag is fluttering in the center of Kherson.

Reported from RBC-Ukraine that the banner was raised by partisans.

"The resistance movement extends its greetings. Glory to Ukraine," local journalist Konstantin Ryzhenko said on Telegram.

UNIAN reports that the Ukrainian troops resumed active movement in the Kherson direction lately, while Russian troops announced the alleged withdrawal from the right bank of the oblast.
