Azerbaijan’s privately owned Pasha Bank has bought about 80 percent of Turkey’s TAIB Investment Bank, TAIB said.
The Turkish bank said it was reincorporated as Pasha Yatirim Bankasi AS.
It said 28.8 million shares were transferred from Aksoy Holding to Pasha Bank, which also acquired 175 million shares in the rights issue.
