Moscow is in contact with both sides to regulate relations between Baku and Yerevan, and a peace agreement is currently being prepared, said the Secretary of the Security Council of Russia, Nikolai Patrushev.

According to him, consistent efforts have been made for the normalization of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations.
