Russia, despite the differences, intends to develop relations with Türkiye on mutually beneficial terms, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.

"In the presence of all known disagreements, we intend to develop our dialogue and our relations with the Republic of Türkiye where it is beneficial to us and where it is beneficial to them," Peskov said.
