Subkhonkul Rakhimov, a passenger from Yekaterinburg who survived the crash of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane in Aktau, has spoken out about the bravery and professionalism displayed by one of the flight attendants during the critical moments of the crash.

Reported from TASS that Rakhimov praised the stewardess, who was positioned closer to the pilots, for her unwavering composure and dedication to her duties, despite the terrifying situation that unfolded.

"She maintained her composure throughout, especially considering the horrific circumstances, which would have been particularly challenging for a woman. She carried out all her functions and responsibilities that she was supposed to fulfill in such a situation," Rakhimov stated.

The survivor recalled the flight attendant's calming presence and how she effectively communicated with passengers, primarily in Azerbaijani, to maintain order and tranquility during the chaos.

"When a woman tells you to 'calm down' - I remember a man was causing a commotion - it's crucial to remain composed," Rakhimov added, commending the stewardess's ability to assert control and provide reassurance to the distressed passengers.
