Hulusi Akar: 'Azerbaijan and Turkiye together extended a hand of peace to Armenia'

Azerbaijan and Turkiye are always in favor of peace and good neighborly relations, Turkish Minister of National Defense Hulusi Akar said.

He emphasized that Azerbaijan and Turkiye together extended a hand of peace to Armenia.

"Our wish is that Armenia accepts the hand of peace extended by Azerbaijan and achieves lasting peace. We sincerely believe that the signing of the necessary agreements and other documents to achieve a lasting peace will be beneficial for all countries and the region in terms of ensuring peace and tranquility. We expect Armenia and other countries to respond positively to Azerbaijan's peace proposal and the hand extended for peace as soon as possible."
