Armenian FM, OSCE chief discuss Yerevan-Baku peace talks

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and visiting OSCE Secretary General Feridun Sinirlioglu discussed the ongoing peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Armenian foreign ministry said on Monday.
The sides emphasized the importance of finalizing a peace agreement and establishing formal interstate relations. Mirzoyan outlined Armenia’s position on the OSCE Minsk Group and presented Yerevan’s proposals for advancing the peace process.
They also discussed the unblocking of regional transport links, highlighting the South Caucasus’ potential as a strategic transit corridor. Mirzoyan said the vision aligns with Armenia’s “Crossroads of Peace” initiative.
The two officials also exchanged views on efforts to normalize relations between Armenia and Türkiye.
