Hajiev says azerbaijan and armenia have moved from conflict to dialogue

Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmet Hajiev said Baku and Yerevan have entered a new phase of direct talks, with military confrontation no longer on the agenda.
“We have already agreed on the text of a peace treaty,” he told Slovak media, adding that the final step is for Armenia to amend its constitution and remove territorial claims.
Hajiev said disputes between neighbors are natural, but the shift from conflict to diplomacy is a “positive sign” of progress.
