Pashinyan to publish all negotiation documents with Azerbaijan
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that his government will publish a full package of documents related to negotiations with Azerbaijan by the end of the year.
He said the decision is linked to the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group on the Karabakh settlement. “Once the process is complete, the moral and political barriers to publication will be lifted,” Pashinyan told reporters.
The prime minister also confirmed plans to release a letter written by former president Serzh Sargsyan to the leader of another country, noting that the document is currently being declassified.
Sargsyan earlier claimed that in 2019 the OSCE Minsk Group had drafted a new proposal on Karabakh, which he initially considered “unacceptable,” but later viewed as a potential basis for negotiations.
