Turkish court rejects Gultekin Gajibeyli’s appeal

Ankara Administrative Court has rejected an appeal filed by Gultekin Gajibeyli, she said in a post on social media.

According to her statement, she has been held for nearly two months at the Catalca Removal Centre in Turkey under closed detention conditions. Earlier, Istanbul Administrative Court dismissed her request to suspend the deportation order.

Gajibeyli also said that on Wednesday the Ankara Administrative Court sent a formal request to the Istanbul Governor’s Office as part of proceedings seeking the cancellation of the G-82 code.
