It became possible after the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on introducing changes to the 'Statute of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications.'

In line with the document, the Center ensures the operation of the internet-portal which reflects the entire information about goods produced in Azerbaijan and their producers in at least three languages (Azerbaijan, Russian and English) and propagandizes placement of information by producers at this portal, as well as disseminates information about the portal in media outlets.
