Specialists from the research institute began deciphering the black boxes of the Il-76 military transport aircraft shot down by a Ukrainian missile in the Belgorod region, reported from Russian media.

"Preliminary decryption of the black boxes is being carried out to prepare a technical report,” said an institute employee.
Both black boxes of the military transport aircraft were found on January 25.

A Russian military transport aircraft Il-76 crashed in the Korochansky district of the Belgorod region on January 24. The Russian side claims that the plane was shot down by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. All 74 people on board, including 65 Ukrainian prisoners of war, are reported to have died.
