Putin and Mirziyoyev discuss Russia-Uzbekistan alliance

Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Uzbekistan President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Russian Foreign Ministry wrote on X.

"President Vladimir Putin spoke over the phone with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. The two Leaders reaffirmed their commitment to steadily enhancing the alliance and strategic partnership between Russia and Uzbekistan,” reads the post.
