The weather conditions in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to be changeable cloudy, occasionally gloomy, and mainly rainless on November 4, reported from the National Hydrometeorological Service of Azerbaijan.

There will be fog at night and in the morning. The moderate northwest wind will occasionally intensify in the daytime.

The temperature will be 13–16 °C at night and 18–22 °C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will be 763 mm Hg. Relative humidity will be 80-90% at night, 60-70% in the daytime.

The weather in Azerbaijan’s districts is expected to be occasionally rainy. Lightning is expected in some places. Snow will fall in mountainous areas. There will be fog in some areas at night and in the morning. A moderate west wind will blow.

The temperature will vary from 8 to 13 °C at night and from 18 to 23 °C during the day. In the highlands, it will be 4 to 8 °C at night and 10 to 15 °C during the day.
