La Liga side Rayo Vallecano have revealed that £5 from each of their new away kits sold for the 2015/16 season will go towards supporting several different organisations that aim to combat discrimination.
The most obvious show of support that the black away shirt with rainbow sash gives is to the LGBT community, though each individual stripe is intended to denote the club's solidarity with a different cause.
Red = people fighting cancer
Orange = people fighting for the integration of disabled people
Yellow = people "who refuse to lose hope" (mental illness, depression and those in need)
Green = people who fight to help the environment
Blue = people who fight against child abuse
Pink = victims of domestic and gender violence
The bonus of wearing the shirt, other than knowing that you have contributed money to great causes, is that you will look really, really cool. And that is the greatest gift of all.
