Azerbaijan’s SOCAR still interested in Desfa stake

Azerbaijan's state oil company SOCAR is still interested in buying a 66 percent stake in Greek gas distribution network Desfa, the country's state asset sales fund said.
The share sale agreement and the 40 million euro letter of guarantee were extended until Dec. 21 2015, the fund said in a statement.
The completion of the sale of the 66 percent stake for 400 million euro is still pending approvals by the EU and the Greek authorities.
