SOCAR cuts exports of oil products in first nine months of 2015

Azerbaijan's refined oil products exports fell 30 percent in the first nine months of 2015 to 885,756 tonnes from 1.147 million tonnes a year earlier. This was due to lower exports of fuel oil, diesel and absence of exports of petrol and vacuum gasoil, the state energy company SOCAR said on Friday.

The country exported 1.558 million tonnes of oil products last year, up from 1.046 million tonnes in 2013, as it began exporting fuel oil and VGO.
