Patient dies after being punched by doctor

The patient had reportedly earlier kicked a nurse.
This sends the doctor into a fit of rage and he punches the man in the head who collapses.
A pal of the patient who had tried to intervene is also attacked by the doctor.
The doctor – identified by local media as Ilya Zelendinov – hurled a volley of punches on the second man.
As a result it is some time before anyone notices the patient's limp lifeless body in the doorway.
The story went viral after CCTV footage of the incident at a Russian hospital in Belgorod was uploaded on YouTube.
It happened just after Christmas on December 29th.
Investigators say it was a case of "involuntary manslaughter" but have launched a criminal case.
Yelena Kozyreva from the local investigations committee said they believed there was no malicious intent in the doctor's actions, according to local TV.
The victim was identified by relatives as 56-year-old Yevgeniy Bakhtin from the same city.
