Google files third lawsuit against Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service

Google has filed a third lawsuit against Russia's Federal Antimonopoly Service.

The Moscow Arbitration Court has registered a claim by the US company Google to invalidate the decisions and actions of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia., according to the court files, which makes it the third time the tech giants tries to sue the FAS. MOSCOW (Sputnik) — There is currently no information available on which FAS decision the US company intends to dispute. The court received the application on Friday, it follows from the records. The legal proceedings are still pending.
