Bakcell subscribers will be able to migrate from prepaid to postpaid tariff packages

Always focused on taking care of its customers, Bakcell – being the First Mobile Operator and the Leading Mobile Internet Provider of Azerbaijan, offers a new opportunity aimed at ensuring the proper convenience for its subscribers. Thus, starting from September 26th, 2016 Bakcell subscribers will be offered an opportunity to migrate from prepaid tariff packages to postpaid tariff packages. This offer will be made to subscribers by means of a phone call. The called subscribers will be offered one of the tariff packages with monthly subscription fees, and will be able to migrate only to the specific tariff packages offered to them. Only those subscribers, who receive a call from Bakcell, will be able to benefit from this opportunity. The subscriber will not be required to sign any agreement nor make any payment for the transfer in connection with the migration. In order to migrate from the prepaid tariff package to a postpaid tariff package, subscriber will have to confirm his consent by sending a response-SMS to the SMS received at his/her phone number which is to be migrated. A credit limit may be allocated in the size of a monthly subscription fee of the tariff package accepted by the subscriber for the specific number plus 10 AZN, based on the information provided to the subscriber in the course of tariff packages migration. Tariff packages will be migrated as follows:

- The subscriber will receive a call from Bakcell number (055) 6199964 and offered to migrate to one of the postpaid tariff packages with monthly subscription fees of 9 AZN, 15 AZN, 25 AZN, 50 AZN or 85 AZN;

- In case the subscriber accepts the offer and in order to confirm his/her consent, the relevant SMS message will be sent to the subscriber’s number from the following short numbers corresponding to the offered tariff package:

ofrom 5116 for the tariff package with monthly subscription fee of 9 AZN;
ofrom 5117 for the tariff package with monthly subscription fee of 15 AZN;
ofrom 5118 for the tariff package with monthly subscription fee of 25 AZN;
ofrom 5119 for the tariff package with monthly subscription fee of 50 AZN;
ofrom 5120 for the tariff package with monthly subscription fee of 85 AZN.

- To confirm his/her acceptance of the offer, the subscriber will need to send an SMS with text "1” in response to the SMS received from the relevant short number;

-Change of the existing tariff package will take place in a few minutes after the confirmation SMS is sent by the subscriber.

After the relevant migration, the subscriber will be free to return back to the prepaid tariff package any time by approaching to one of the Customer Service Offices of Bakcell and presenting the required documents and paying the relevant service fee. In the near future, Bakcell will please its customers by adding new tariff packages to this process.
