Foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia dined together

Hikmet Hajiyev, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan spread the statement which says:

"Based on the invitation of co-chairs of OSCE Minsk Group on December 8 business dinner took place between ministers of foreign affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan. Before the meeting in Hamburg the minister of foreign affairs of France suggested to hold meeting of foreign ministers in Hamburg in the format of 2+3. Unfortunately, as a result of destructive policy of Armenian side and policy to avoid from meetings, the meeting of ministers of foreign affairs in the format of 2+3 did not take place. During the dinner there was an exchange of views with co-chairs about contuniation of talks in the upcoming year and others issues which are on agenda.”
