NATO PA secretary general praises Azerbaijan’s contributions to NATO operations

Gaya Mammadov, acting head of Azerbaijan’s mission in NATO, has met with NATO PA Secretary General David Hobbs.
 
The sides exchanged views on Azerbaijan-NATO partnership, the situation in the region and other issues of mutual interest, the Foreign Ministry's press service told APA.
 
Gaya Mammadov briefed David Hobbs on Azerbaijan's participation in NATO's Partnership for Peace program and noted the importance of the parliamentary dimension of this partnership.
 
Hobbs praised Azerbaijan's contribution to NATO operations as well as the Azerbaijani delegation’s active participation in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
