On November 9, the weather is expected to be primarily rainless in the regions of Azerbaijan. The west wind will intensify in some districts of the country.

The temperature will be +5 - +9 C at night, +17 - +22 C in the daytime.

In the highlands, it will be 0 - +5 C at night, and +8 - +13 C in the daytime.
