Azerbaijan-UAE culture center to open in Dubai

The Azerbaijani-United Arab Emirates (UAE) Cultural Centre will open in Dubai in November, state news agency Azartac said. 

Composer Tural Bayramaliyev, director of the centre, said it will host events aimed at promoting Azerbaijani culture.

He said the opening ceremony would be followed by the first mugham festival that will also feature an exhibition of paintings.

Bayramaliyev also revealed plans to arrange the staging of an Azerbaijani opera in the UAE in the coming months.
