Azerbaijan sees 17,5% increase in commercial gas extraction

Natural gas extraction in Azerbaijan made 23,416,100,000 cubic meters from January through June of this year, with commercial gas making 17,619,100,000 cubic meters.

Reported from the State Statistics Committee, that in the reporting period, natural gas extraction rose by 15% year-on-year, and commercial gas extraction increased by 17.5%.

From January through June this year, Azerbaijan produced 16,474,200 tons of crude oil, including gas condensate, with commercial crude making 16,424,600 tons.
