Turkish FM: Armenia should specify whether or not it wants cooperation in the region
"The task of the special envoys is the gradual normalization of relations between Turkiye and Armenia," Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in an interview with Haber Global TV.
"So far, some steps have been taken to ensure an environment of trust. But we cannot imagine this process separately from the relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Fundamental stability in the South Caucasus can be ensured based on the agreement signed by those countries. Armenia should specify whether or not wants cooperation in the region," he said.
