Envoy: Pakistan happy to have true friends like Azerbaijan and Turkiye

Pakistan is happy to have true friends like Azerbaijan and Turkiye, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Azerbaijan Bilal Hayee wrote on his Twitter account.

"Ambassador Cahit, thank you for your prayers. Pakistan is happy to have true friends like Azerbaijan and Turkiye," he tweeted, thanking the Turkish ambassador to Azerbaijan for their support.

Earlier, Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci expressed his condolences to Pakistan on his Twitter account.

"We share the pain of our Pakistani brothers, we wish God's mercy to those who died as a result of the flood, patience to their families. As Turkiye, we have always supported our Pakistani brothers and will continue to do so," the Turkish diplomat wrote.
