In 2021, UN in Azerbaijan helped some 86,000 people to improve their knowledge on mine risks, the UN Azerbaijan office said on Twitter.

"UN in Azerbaijan continues supporting Azerbaijan in post-conflict recovery. In 2021, our actions helped some 86,000 people to improve their knowledge on mine risks, while 44,000 people affected by the conflict received emergency aid," the statement reads.
