Ukrainian MFA comments on tension on Azerbaijan-Armenia border

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Oleh Nikolenko, called on Armenia and Azerbaijan to resolve the tension diplomatically and politically. 

"Russian mediation and the efforts of Russian peacekeepers are insignificant. Ukraine is closely following the situation on the border. We call on the parties to resolve the tension through political-diplomatic means in accordance with the norms of international law,” Nikolenko said.
