Hulusi Akar congratulates Zakir Hasanov on occasion of anniversary of Baku’s liberation

Turkish National Defense Minister Hulusi Akar congratulated Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov on the 104th anniversary of the liberation of Baku from the Armenian-Bolshevik occupation, the Ministry of National Defense of Turkiye said.

In a telephone conversation, Akar emphasized that the people of Azerbaijan especially celebrate this important and meaningful day.
