2023 declared Year of Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on declaring 2023 as the Year of Heydar Aliyev in Azerbaijan.

The Administration of the President of Azerbaijan should prepare and submit to the President of Azerbaijan within two months the proposals on the action plan regarding the declaration of 2023 as the Year of Heydar Aliyev in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
