Vladimir Putin invites Ilham Aliyev and Nikol Pashinyan to meeting in Russia

In his speech at the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) in Astana, the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, invited the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, and the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, to a meeting in Moscow.
