2023 declared as Year of Rise of Turkic Civilization

2023 is declared as the Year of the Rise of Turkic Civilization within Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister Vladimir Norov wrote on Twitter.

He said that the decision was made at the 9th Summit of the leaders of the OTS member states held in the city of Samarkand, Uzbekistan, on November 11.
